This page explains what information the planner handles and what happens to it. The short version: there are no accounts, we do not sell anything about you, and we never see your card.

Your trip details

To build a plan, the details you enter — dates, number of travelers, budget, interests, anything you tell us to avoid, and your hotel if you name one — are sent to our server. The plan is built and sent back, and the details are not stored on our server.

Your plan is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. You can delete it at any time with "Plan another trip".

If you buy a plan

Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives your card details and email address; we never see your card number. We can see your email address, the amount paid, and the last four digits and brand of the card, which we use only to deal with that purchase — for example, a refund.

Your trip details are attached to the payment record at Stripe, so that your payment can be matched to your plan whenever you open it.

Feedback

If you send feedback through the form on the planner, we receive what you write. An email address is optional and is used only to reply to you.

Visitor counts

We count visits using our host's reports, which are built from its own server records. They do not use cookies and we cannot identify you from them. The planner also counts two anonymous events — a plan being built, and the Unlock button being tapped — with nothing about you or your trip attached.

What we do not do

• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• We do not sell or share your information for advertising.
• We do not create accounts or profiles.

Who uses this

The planner is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. The planner does not track you across other websites, and does not let anyone else do so, so it behaves the same whether or not the signal is sent.

Changes to this page

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date at the top.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email kbooneconsult@gmail.com. Payment records may need to be kept for a period for tax and legal reasons.
