Terms of use

Last updated October 15, 2026

Plan My Vegas Trip is run by Kenneth Boone ("we"). By using the planner or buying a plan, you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, so they are short.

What this is

A planning tool. It suggests a day-by-day plan for a trip to Las Vegas, with estimated costs and links to each venue's own website. It is not a booking service — nothing here reserves a table, a room or a ticket. You book directly with each business, on their terms, and we are not a party to that.

What you pay for

What a purchase unlocks

A purchase unlocks the plan for the trip you bought it for — its dates, number of travelers and preferences. Your plan's link carries your purchase, so you can open it on another device or share it with the people you are traveling with. Keep the link: there are no accounts, so the link is how you get back to your plan. If you change your trip's dates or details, that is a new trip and a new plan.

Once your plan is unlocked, you can edit it: move times, swap venues, add your own plans, and add days up to the length you paid for.

Accuracy

Venues close, move and change their hours and prices, and events are rescheduled. We check the information we use against official sources, but we cannot guarantee it is current on the day you travel. Costs shown are estimates for planning, not quotes. Confirm details directly with each venue before relying on them, especially opening hours, age limits and accessibility.

Adult venues

Some venues are for guests 21 and over, and adult entertainment only appears if you ask for it. You are responsible for meeting each venue's age and entry requirements.

Refunds

See our refund policy.

Our responsibility

The planner is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from your trip, from a venue, or from relying on information in a plan, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought a plan continues to apply to that purchase.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
